Description : - Dhokla is a steamed savoury cake. This healthy and low fat
dish from Gujarat is usually served as a snack at teatime, made with chick pea
or besan then is spiced by adding chile pepper, ginger, and baking soda. Serve
with green chutney or Coconut chutney. Ingredients : - rice (56%), blackgram
dal, semolina, sugar, wheat cream, sodium bicarbonate(leavening agent), malic
acid (accidulant), salt, and asfoetida.
