CloveSteps of Cooking:1. In a pan, add 8 glasses of water, washed hoove
(paya), ginger, garlic followed by 2 tbsp of National Paya Recipe Mix and
bring to boil.2. Reduce heat and cook on low flame for about 4-6 hours or till
hoove (paya) is tender.3. Heat the oil, add onions and remaining National Paya
Recipe Mix.4. Fry until the oil/ghee separates from gravy.5. Add gravy to
boiled hoove (paya) and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.6. Delicious Paya
is ready. Sprinkle National Garam Masala and garnish with fresh coriander
