It will enable you to cook meals with ease that you and your loved ones can
relish each day.Ingredients:1. Red Chilli2. Salt3. Black Pepper4. Cumin Seed5.
Clove6. Cinnamon7. Cardamom8. Citric Acid9. Monosodium GlutamateSteps of
Cooking:1. Boil: Mix beef pieces/mince, gram lentils, onions, ginger paste,
garlic paste and National Shami Kabab Recipe Mix in a pan.2. Add 3-4 glasses
of water (2 glasses in case of mince) and bring to boil. Lower the heat and
cook until meat is tender and water evaporates.3. Grind the mixture in a
chopper.4. Add green masala s and eggs into the mixture.5. Make medium sized
kababs.6. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the kababs on low heat from both
