Ingredients: Rice.
Preparation Method: Step1 - 2 cups of boiling water, add 1 cup of Eastern pathiri podi and salt as required. Step2 - Mix well and knead when still hot to make smooth dough. Make small balls of this dough. Sprinkle some rice powder and roll into thin pathiris. Step 3: Cook on hot tawa without using oil.
You can also store this pan cake mix in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and use when required.
