Coconut lover's rejoice! Our Jiva Organics Coconut Whipping Cream is a great vegan and dairy-free alternative to whipping cream!
Before use - simply chill (refrigerate overnight or freeze 4-5 hours), pour and whip. Whip with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes, or with a stand mixer for multiple cans at once. Please use entire contents of can and do not discard the water as the cream will whip up nicely with the water.
This product is unsweetened so you can combine a variety of things with it - a sweetener, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, or even a fruit flavor! Separation is natural, just use a spoon to mix it up!
