made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients
in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook delicious meals with
ease.Ingredients:1.Salt2.Red & Green Chilli3.Dried Plum4.Rice Starch5.Cumin
Seed6.Ginger & Garlic7.Coriander8.Turmeric9.Black Pepper10.Cinnamon11.Bay
Leaf12.Clove13.Citric Acid & Monosodium Glutamate14.CardamomSteps of
Cooking:1.Heat oil & fry onions till light brown. Add meat, ginger, garlic,
yogurt, tomatoes and National Bombay Biryani Recipe Mix and cook on low heat
for 10-15 min.2.Add 2-3 cups of water if using beef or mutton. When the meat
is half done add potatoes and green chillies.3.Cook on low heat until potatoes
are tender and oil separates from the gravy.4.In a separate pan take 12
glasses of water, add 3 tbsp. of National Salt and boil the rice until 3/4
done.5.Make a layer of half the rice, put the layer of meat and cover with
second layer of rice (sprinkle zarda colour as per need).6.Simmer the rice for
5 min. on high flame, then 10 min. on low flame. Delicious National Bombay
