Glutamate3.Corn Starch4.Black Cardamom5.Coriander6.Cumin Seed7.Red


Chilli8.Cinnamon9.Clove10.Sugar11.Black Pepper12.Garlic13.Ginger14.Green


Cardamom15.Maltodextrin16.Citric AcidSteps of Cooking:1.Add meat, ginger


paste, garlic paste, National Pulao Biryani Recipe mix and water.2.Cover and


cook it on low heat until the meat is tender and about 1 cup stock is left in


the pot. Add yogurt, stir it and keep aside.3.In a separate pan take 15


glasses of water, add 2 tbsp of National salt and boil the rice until 3/4


done. Drain the rice thoroughly.4.In another separate pan, heat oil and fry


onions until golden brown.5.Make a layer of half rice, pour the meat curry and


cover with remaining rice.6.Sprinkle food colour and spread fried onions over


it evenly.7.Cover the pot and let the rice cook for 5 minutes on high flame


and then 10 minutes on low flame.8.Delicious Pulao Biryani is ready. Mix
