The perfect rice to use for Brown Rice Sushi.Instructions: Boil - From Ambient




- Combine 1 cup Nishiki Brown Rice and 1-1/2 to 2 cups water in a medium




saucepan. By preference, add salt, butter, cheese or other flavoring. Bring to




a soft boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 50 minutes, or until




liquid is absorbed. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving. Fluff




with fork and serve. Makes 3 cups cooked rice, or 4 (3/4 cup) servings. Note:




If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 cup brown rice and 1-1/2 to 2 cups




water in electric rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by rice cooker




manufacturer. When cooking is complete, allow rice to stand covered 10 minutes




before serving. Makes 3 cup cooked rice
