Recipe : Take The Instant-Mix In A Clean Vessel And Knead It Well With 5 Cups (750 Ml.) Pure Water And Keep The Paste Aside For At Least 10 Minutes. Before Frying The Wadas, Add 20 Ml. Of Water Again And Beat The Paste Well. Now Make Small Wadas And Deep Fry Them In Normal Temperature. Keep These Wadas Aside To Cool For 2-3 Minutes Before Dipping Them In Water At Room Temperature For 10 Minutes. Take Adequate Quantity Of Yoghurt (Dahi) In A Seperate Vessel And Beat/Whip It Well Into A Semi Liquid Paste, Adding Little Sugar And A Pinch Of Salt To Taste. Now Take Out The Dipped Wadas From The Water And Press Them Between Palms To Remove Water. Put These Wadas In A Plate And Pour Prepared Yoghurt (Dahi) On It And Garnish It With Red Chilli Powder,Jeera Powder,Chutney,Coriander Leaves Etc. Dahiwada Is Ready For The Serving.
