Rumali roti is a thin flatbread from the Northern regions of India, Pakistan


and Afghanistan. The word "rumali" means "handkerchief," and describes the


thin and soft consistency of this bread. These rotis are larger than


traditional breads and are made with 100% whole grain wheat flour.

and salt.
